(A future project we will soon be offering) A little more about each of these futures: HOT WATER: Boiler holds about 1.3 gallons of water and can boil it in about ten minutes or less. Use for cooking, hot beverages, water sanitation, shower/bath, etc. A mechanical or electric hand-pump can be easily installed to the bottom pipe so you can keep water circulating or recharged as it is dispensed. A pump not included on this unit, but may be on future (more expensive) units. If you do not use a hand-pump, then you can only do about 1.3 gallons at a time. You need to let the stove cool down quite a bit before you refill so as to avoid steam-pressure backfiring. If you can't wait so long, you may be able to poor water down through the top pipe, it may back fire (surprising but not so dangerous), and will cool it down faster that way so you can fill it up again.
